The program kicks off October 5th, when the first Module is released. The program continues for 6 weeks, then some post course zooms will be scheduled for lingering questions!

Upon enrollment, you will receive onboarding materials to help get you all set up and ready to rock! You will get directions on how to best set up for the program, how to navigate our course platform, schedules, access to our private social media group, and more! 

You will then receive official course materials when we kick off October 5th! We will release Module 1: Creating Your Vision and Building Your Team.

Also, our program is designed to be taken in sequential order. It is tempting for members to just download and pick and choose what they feel will benefit them. However, we feel it is crucial to gain a basic understanding of each Module before you move on to the next. 

Each Module builds upon the knowledge and skills acquired in the previous one. New concepts are introduced and explained with the assumption that members have a general grasp of the foundational concepts covered earlier. But don’t get stressed if you cannot keep up every week! Do not let that hold you back from jumping in our zoom calls or asking questions!

We have separate Zoom Groups for Homeowners and Industry Professionals, so the information you will learn is specifically focused on the perspective you are coming from. 

The first part of the zoom, Erin will address all the questions (some combined together b/c of duplicates!) from the submittal form sent earlier that week. If she is addressing one of your questions, we may have to call on you for clarity if you are present. 

After Erin answers all the submitted questions, we then open the chat to live questions. When Erin is addressing your question, feel free to jump in! 

We are all mindful of each other's time and work to make sure our questions are not solely project specific, but questions that are general in nature for everyone to benefit from. We offer to connect outside the zoom to answer questions about projects, and also offer personal consulting services for more complex situations!

All zooms are recorded and posted within the course! If you can’t make it to ask questions live, no problem, you can submit your questions via google forms before the zoom!

Yes! That is something we love about our program- the community aspect of it! You have the opportunity to connect with other homeowners and industry professionals! 

In addition to connecting with each other in our virtual meetings, we offer a private social media group just for members to connect. We also have an optional membership directory where you can look up other homeowners and industry professionals who are open to being contacted via email and social media. Our members develop relationships with each other, all over the world

Homeowners have really loved getting to learn from each other's projects and experiences. They share resources as well!

Industry professionals connect with each other to share experiences, insights and business tools. We have had members meet outside of the course who are now working together on projects!

While we break these two segments up in different groups, we truly believe that Homeowners and Industry Professionals are on the same team and will benefit greatly from what we share. There can be tension b/w these groups and by including both sides of the equation in each other’s learning, we can see much better from each other’s perspective! Not only is this good for strengthening everyone’s own personal team building skills, but it absolutely makes for a much smoother, productive, and far more efficient build overall!

Plus, not every homeowner has access to top-notch professional teams, so why not teach them how we do it? By sharing our industry knowledge and internal systems with them, they will have a far more successful build!

As of now, we plan to offer Beyond the Blueprints twice a year. The format may change after this live launch, and may not include as much live interaction with Erin, but as of now, you will see her every week for this session!
